An Expert in Bridging the Gap

I started as an automotive designer and spent my career moving closer to the decisions that define performance: where strategy becomes product, and product becomes business results. Over four decades I’ve worked across Europe and North America with teams building everything from iconic vehicles to modern digital platforms for engineering and manufacturing.

My edge is how I see patterns. I’m dyslexic — and I don’t hide it. It shaped how I think: I connect dots quickly, challenge assumptions, and translate complexity into simple, high-quality choices. That’s why boards and executives bring me in: not for theory, but for clarity, momentum, and outcomes.

Today I support boards, investors, and operators who want to make smarter calls faster — and execute with confidence.

Capitalize on my past & create a better future

My Story Starts Like This

Fascinated by Bowie, but then I meet Branson

Growing up in the UK my nick name was MADGIK, and I was obsessed with bikes, cars, technology and creative musicians like David Bowie, Prince and Madonna. I was also inspired by entrepreneurs like Richard Branson and Colin Chapmen.

In business I was a bit like David Bowie, a chameleon changing my image and business approach, to suit the market needs.

Whilst living in Germany I was a creative automotive designer, then an analytical engineer and product strategy advisor. I played in Fashion and Lifestyle as a consultant in New York, experimented as an environmentalist developing Wind Turbines in Detroit. Later in life I became involved with Hollywood style digital visualization technologies which lead me to a Paris based software company where I became a global Brand Ambassador.

“I don't know where I'm going from here, but I promise it won't be boring.”

Just like Sir Richard Branson I also have a “Superpower” I’m a Dyslexic Thinker.

I’m also an Enneagram Type 3w2, a Visionary, a Risk taker, a Visual Learner and YouTube junky.

I’m a Business Storyteller

Business storytelling can be an effective communication tool, its the art of using stories that communicate and connect with employees, customers, suppliers, partners, and investors. By telling a story, you can share product information, your vision, or introduce customers to your brand in a way that's captivating and memorable.

The purpose of business stories isn't entertainment, but to translate a specific goal or desired outcome.

  1. What motivates the company’s founders and its employees?

  2. What purpose and goals is the company and its product created to solve?

  3. Why should buyers pick your brand over competitors?

  4. It’s about making your company human, thought-provoking and noteworthy.

Great stories get more. More funding. More demand. More emotional connection. More repeat orders.
