For 40 years I’ve worked for some of the most renowned companies in the world and was engaged is some of the most recognized, iconic and innovative projects out there.
1979 was my lucky break joining Lotus Cars & working on the famed DeLorean DMC 12, followed by the iconic BMW M3 E30 and the innovative BMW Z1 and many more…
Dyslexia became my “Superpower” helping me to think and operate differently, to take risks, be adventurous, adaptive. I became a Chameleon in my business ventures.
I traveled the world, started several highly successful businesses, I gained product experience and cultural understanding, I had fun, but also learnt from my mistakes.
Today as an executive consultant and mentor, I offer my business experience and knowhow to Start ups, Established organizations, VC’s and Private Equity companies.

My story starts like this
Fascinated by bowie, but then i meet branson
Growing up in the UK my nick name was MADGIK, and I was obsessed with bikes, cars, technology and creative musicians like David Bowie, Prince and Madonna. I was also inspired by entrepreneurs like Richard Branson and Colin Chapman.
In business I was a bit like David Bowie, a chameleon changing my image and business approach, to suit the market needs.
Whilst living in Germany I was a creative automotive designer, then an analytical engineer and product strategy advisor. I played in Fashion and Lifestyle as a consultant in New York, experimented as an environmentalist developing Wind Turbines in Detroit. Later in life I became involved with Hollywood style digital visualization technologies which lead me to a Paris based software company where I became a global Brand Ambassador.
Just like Sir Richard Branson I also have a “Superpower” I’m a “Dyslexic Thinker'“. I’m also an Enneagram Type 3w2, a Visionary, a Risk taker, a Visual Learner and YouTube junky.

It has taught me that customer centric design leads to outstanding consumer experiences, which ensures profitability and drives market share.
Through my global travels, I have grown to appreciate the importance of differing cultures, or cross-cultural design, traditions, values, quality of life and market expectations.
Attention to detail, functionality, intuitiveness, understanding the competition and most importantly awareness of market requirements, consumer expectations, is critical to the success of any new product or service offering.
